At Kunes Auto & RV Group, we believe in showing up for the communities that have supported our dealerships for generations. That's why we're honored to sponsor the 2026 Walk to End Alzheimer's, taking place in Walworth County on Saturday, September 19, at Library Park in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin.
The Walk to End Alzheimer's is the world's largest event dedicated to raising awareness and funds in the fight against Alzheimer's disease. Every dollar raised supports the Alzheimer's Association's work in care, support, and research, helping families across Walworth County and beyond who are navigating this disease alongside a parent, spouse, or friend.
Event Details
- Registration: 8:30 a.m.
- Opening Ceremony: 9:40 a.m.
- Walk begins: 10 a.m.
- Location: Library Park, 918 W Main St, Lake Geneva, WI 53147
Participants can choose between two routes. The Lakeshore Route covers approximately 3 miles along the shoreline of Lake Geneva, with a few scenic stairs along the way. The Historic Route offers a shorter, family-friendly mile through Lake Geneva's downtown neighborhoods, starting and finishing at Elm Park.
Registration is complimentary, though every walker is asked to make a personal donation and help raise funds for the cause. Well-behaved leashed dogs and strollers are welcome, and free and metered parking is available throughout downtown Lake Geneva.

Alzheimer's touches nearly every family in one way or another, including many in our own Kunes team and the customers we've come to know over the years. Sponsoring this Walk is our way of standing alongside our neighbors in Walworth County, honoring the caregivers, and supporting the research that brings us closer to a future without Alzheimer's and other dementias.
